1. No Refunds or Cancellations

   Once a FASTag has been ordered online or issued (physically or digitally), no cancellations, refunds, or returns will be permitted under any circumstances.
   This policy is in place due to the nature of the FASTag issuance process, which involves immediate registration and activation with vehicle and user-specific information that cannot be reused or reversed.

2. Exceptions

   There are no exceptions to this policy. Customers are advised to review all information (such as vehicle registration number, RC details, KYC documents, etc.) carefully before submitting their order.

3. Damaged or Defective Tags

   In the rare event of receiving a physically damaged or non-functional FASTag, customers may contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for resolution. Please note this does not qualify as a refund or cancellation, but as a replacement request, subject to verification.
