Call Records:

This menu covers the list of calls received from the customers and the agents who attended them, along with the button to call the customer. The list includes details such as:

  • ID
  • Call type - Incoming calls, Click to Call
  • Customer number
  • Agent Number
  • Start Time
  • Total Duration
  • Dial Status
  • Updated At

Functional Use:

  • The user with backoffice credentials can select the Call records from the menu.
  • There user can see the full list of all calls made by the customers via either Incoming Call or Click to Call, along with details of the call, along with a button to make a call again.

  • On clicking the Call ID, the user can see the full details of a specific call record (Show Page).
  • The Show page also includes the audio recording of the call session, which can be downloaded by clicking the Voice URL button, and a button to make a call again.
  • The list can be filtered by options, including call type (Click on Call and Incoming Call) and dial status.
